Development and research of intellectual information technologies of monitoring, multi-profile forecasting and the guaranteed anticipatory safety management of critical infrastructures in emergency situations with use of land and aerospace systems of the Russian Federation
Project objective:
Development of cross-disciplinary methodology of complex automation and a process optimization of creation and use of intellectual information technologies and an information system of pro-active monitoring, forecasting and safety management of functioning the critical infrastructures with use of in-situ and aerospace information.
During the project it is supposed to develop a cross-disciplinary methodology of complex automation and a process optimization of creation and use of intellectual information technologies, monitoring, multi-profile forecasting and the guaranteed safety management of functioning the critical infrastructures with use of in-situ and aerospace information. Methods of the guaranteed pro-active safety management of critical infrastructures on the example of natural and technological objects in emergency situations, concepts of complex dynamic modeling of the developing situations and pro-active management of structural dynamics of complex organizational-technical objects, methods for integration an information, data and knowledge in systems of monitoring and forming of unified intellectual information and functional space of the Russian Federation, applied methods of estimation and reducing risks of origin and development of emergency situations, methods and information technologies for monitoring the risks of natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics) on the basis of fusion of diverse geospatial data and use of the combined approach to their processing with implementation of data mining and parallel calculations – these methods and concepts will form the basis of project research.
