Environmental risk monitoring and managing in the Gulf of Finland

Development of an informational system for ground-space monitoring and managing of environmental risks at waste management in border areas of the Gulf of Finland.

Project objective:

Methodological approaches to the development of an integrated continuously operating system for the analysis of water pollution in border areas of the Gulf of Finland have been developed in the project.

The key system components are follows: information-analytical modules for calculating environmental risks caused by anthropogenic activities; Earth remote sensing data processing module.
